About
What is BenchKit?
BenchKit is a collection of free, focused web tools built by an independent developer. Each tool does one job well — from collecting event photos to practicing assessment tests — with no sign-up and no clutter. BenchKit is the hub that introduces the tools and links you straight to the one you need.
BenchKit exists because most software tries to do everything and buries the one thing you came for under menus, accounts and upsells. Each BenchKit tool takes the opposite bet: a single, sharply-scoped job, solved end to end, at its own address.
That keeps every tool fast, obvious, and honest about what it does — and lets you grab exactly the one you need without wading through the rest. The kit grows one tool at a time; each new tool shows up on the home page the moment it ships.
BenchKit is built and run by Paweł Dziura, an independent developer based in Poland.
The tools
- GamePrep — Practice HireVue-style game-based assessment tests, free.
- EventPix — Collect every guest photo from your event via one QR code.
Frequently asked
- What is BenchKit?
- BenchKit is a collection of free, focused web tools built by an independent developer. Each tool does one job well, with no sign-up, and BenchKit is the hub that introduces the tools and links you to the one you need.
- Is BenchKit free?
- Yes. The tools listed on BenchKit are free to use. Where an individual tool offers paid options, that is stated clearly on the tool's own page.
- Do I need an account?
- No. BenchKit itself needs no login or sign-up. Individual tools may offer optional accounts, but you can start using them without one.
- How is BenchKit different from an all-in-one app?
- Instead of one app that tries to do everything, BenchKit is a set of separate, single-purpose tools — each fast, focused, and at its own address — so you use exactly the one you need and ignore the rest.
