You’re not failing on ability. You’re failing on unfamiliarity.
Game-based assessments look nothing like a normal test. The mechanics are strange, the timers are brutal, and there’s no “back” button. Candidates who’ve practiced walk in calm and fast — everyone else burns their first two minutes just working out the rules.
Most
qualified candidates have never practiced
a single game-based assessment before test day.
Fix that nowPractice that actually mirrors the real thing.
Realistic mechanics
Each game recreates a real assessment mechanic — the same timers, ramps and pressure you’ll face on the day.
Honest, server-side scores
Every result is scored on the server against fixed percentile norms. No fudging — the score you see is the score you earned.

Are the practice games really free?
Yes. All 16 assessment games are free to play with no sign-up. A free account saves your recent scores; a paid plan unlocks your complete history and the full readiness report.
Which assessments do these games prepare me for?
They mirror the mechanics used in HireVue-style game-based assessments — including numerical, memory, attention and spatial games used by employers in early-career recruitment.
Do the scores reflect the real test?
Every game is scored on the server against fixed norms, so your percentile is consistent and cannot be faked in the browser — the same discipline real assessments use.
Which employers use game-based assessments?
Yes — and which one you sit depends on the employer. JPMorgan and Citi use pymetrics (now Harver); PwC uses Arctic Shores; Deloitte and HSBC use Cappfinity; McKinsey built its own, Solve. Our provider map lists every employer we cover, with a note on how certain each one is.
Can you actually improve at these games?
The trait games, no — but the cognitive games (memory span, reaction speed, attention, mental math) respond measurably to a few days of practice, and most of the applicant pool walks in cold.
