Introducing BenchKit — a home for small, focused tools

BenchKit is a collection of free, focused web tools built by an independent developer. Each tool does one job well — from collecting event photos to practicing assessment tests — with no sign-up and no clutter. This page is the hub that introduces the tools and links you straight to the one you need.

Why small tools?

Most software tries to do everything, and ends up burying the one thing you actually came for under menus, upsells and accounts. BenchKit takes the opposite bet: a set of separate, sharply-scoped tools, each living at its own address, each solving a single problem end to end.

That keeps every tool fast to load, obvious to use, and honest about what it does. It also means you can pick up exactly the tool you need and ignore the rest.

What's here today

Two tools are live, with more on the way:

  • GamePrep — practice HireVue-style game-based assessment tests for free. Realistic cognitive, memory and spatial games with instant scores, percentiles and progress tracking.
  • EventPix — collect every guest photo from your event through a single QR code. Guests scan, upload from their phones, and everything lands in one shared gallery. No app, no sign-up.

What's next

BenchKit grows one tool at a time. Each new tool is a small, self-contained app that solves a real problem, and it shows up here the moment it ships. If that sounds useful, bookmark the home page and check back — the kit keeps getting bigger.
