Corporate event
Company event photo gallery — from every attendee
Show the QR code on screen or place it on the tables. Attendees upload photos in seconds and you get the complete set after the event.
Create a gallery — free, in a minuteA company event has a legal dimension the private ones do not. Photographs of identifiable employees are personal data, so the organiser needs somewhere controlled to put them and a practical way to remove someone who asks — a link in a group chat gives you neither.
This setup gives you both. The gallery is unlisted and carries a noindex tag, so it never surfaces in search; you can delete any individual photo on request; and location and camera metadata is stripped before anything appears. Moderation lets the organiser review uploads before the rest of the company sees them. The practical half matters too: nobody installs an application for a work party, so uploading runs in the phone browser with no account. Show the QR code on the screens between talks and put it on the tables at dinner. Attendance is usually known in advance, so the link can go out on the internal channel rather than being guessed at.

Company events generate great candid content — but chasing attendees for their photos afterwards never works. A corporate event photo gallery puts one QR code on screen or on the tables, and everyone contributes to a single shared album in real time.
It's built for privacy: gallery links are unguessable, pages aren't indexed by search engines, and we strip EXIF metadata including GPS location from every upload — so it's safe for team days, conferences and client events. The organizer downloads the full archive as a ZIP.
