The service

EventPix lets an organizer create a gallery and collect photos and videos uploaded by guests via a QR code or link. Free and paid plans are available; paid features and prices are shown on the site and billed via Stripe.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload illegal content, or content you don't have the right to share.
• As an organizer, you're responsible for having guests' consent to collect and share their photos.
• Don't misuse, overload, or attempt to break the service.

Content & responsibility

You retain rights to the content you and your guests upload. You grant us the limited right to store and display it solely to operate the gallery. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for lost content. Keep your own copies of anything important before a gallery expires.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland.
