Who is the data controller

What we collect

• Account data — if you create an account: your email and a securely hashed password.
• Practice results — your game scores, attempts and progress, so we can show history and percentiles.
• Technical cookies — a session cookie and an anonymous identifier needed to run the games and save scores. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
• Payment data — if you buy Premium, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

Why we process it (legal basis)

To provide the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract), to keep it secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest), and, for Premium, to meet legal/accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Playing the free games without an account requires no personal data beyond the technical cookies above.

Sharing & processors

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that help run the service: our hosting provider and Stripe (payments).

Retention

Account and practice data are kept while your account is active; delete your account and we remove them. Billing records are kept as long as tax/accounting law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and can object to processing. Email gameprep@benchkithq.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO).
